About Me

Thanks for visiting my page. I’m a business transformation consultant with over a decade of experience in a variety of businesses worldwide. I’m passionate about effective business change.

My early career was spent in “business as usual” roles in the UK. My preference is to stay anonymous, as you can probably tell from the site name, so I won’t detail which industries I worked in prior to specialising in business transformation. However, when I look back, I realise I was involved in business change from a much earlier point that I’d originally considered, and I imagine there are many out there in a similar boat without knowing.

Years later I now spend my time on projects with customers looking to grow their businesses - some well known brand names, others more niche and industry specific. This blog shares my learnings over the last 10 years and more, for a most effective and positive business transformation journey.

I work with process changes, people management, change management, project management and software. The variety of experience I’ve had has been an eye-opener so I hope it translates into something useful here.
